Michael is able to tailor a session to your needs at the last minute. The amount of times I have shown up to training and told him how my body is feeling so he changes the parts of the session, I cannot even count on both hands. Overall, he is also a lovely person and such an easy person to talk to which always makes training 100 times more enjoyable as I know I can always get a good laugh during the session as well."

I’ve been training with Michael consistently for the past 2 to 3 years—anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week—and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. When I first started, I was coming off the back of some serious injuries: a stretched ACL, and a leg that was still recovering from previous damage. I wasn’t sure how far I could push myself, let alone dream of running again.

 

But here I am today—in my mid-40s—running faster than I ever have, in the best shape I’ve been in for years, and feeling stronger and more capable than I thought possible.

 

Michael has played a massive part in that journey. His positive attitude, deep understanding of the human body, and ability to adapt our training to work with my limitations instead of against them has made all the difference. He listens, he adjusts, and he knows when to push and when to pull back. That balance is rare— and it’s what makes him stand out.
