PRIVATE FOOTBALL COACHING
The Private Football Coaching stream at Pro Athletic provides athletes with focused, high-quality skill development through one-on-one coaching and small group training sessions. Designed for players of all levels, from junior footballers to aspiring professionals, these sessions aim to refine technical skills, improve game awareness, and enhance overall football performance. Training covers fundamental and advanced skills, including kicking technique, decision-making, contest work, agility, and endurance. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, with a strong emphasis on position-specific training, gameplay scenarios, and skill execution under pressure/fatigue. Whether in a personalised one-on-one setting or a group session, athletes receive detailed and specialised coaching, structured drills, and targeted feedback to accelerate development. The goal is to build well-rounded, confident footballers who can perform at a high level, ensuring they are technically sound, physically prepared, and ready to perform to the best of their ability.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING [PT]
Pro Athletic's Strength & Conditioning programs are designed to develop well-rounded, high-performing clients across all areas. We focus on building strength, power, speed, endurance, and resilience through structured, evidence-based training. Our S&C sessions are predominantly one-on-one, allowing for individualised programming, personalised coaching, and focused progression. Our approach combines progressive strength training, mobility work, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning to ensure clients perform at their peak while reducing the risk of injury. Sessions incorporate a mix of weights, plyometrics, sprint mechanics,and agility drills, tailored to each client’s needs. These programs cater to clients of all levels and abilities looking to improve movement efficiency, enhance performance, and build a strong foundation for long-term success. The focus remains on fostering well-rounded development through structured training and expert coaching in a high-performance environment.

FOOTBALL CAMPS
The Pro Athletic Football Camps provide athletes with a high-quality, immersive training experience, focusing on fundamental skill development, game awareness, and physical conditioning. Designed to align with school holiday periods, these camps typically run over 2-3 days, offering a supportive and engaging environment where footballers of all levels can refine their skills, improve decision-making, and build confidence. Each camp includes technical skill development, position-specific drills, contest work, kicking mechanics, agility training, and endurance conditioning. To ensure quality coaching and individual attention, we maintain a healthy coach-to-athlete ratio, allowing for more focused feedback and skill refinement. Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from experienced coaches and special guest speakers, including elite-level athletes and industry professionals who share insights into performance, mindset, and the demands of high-level football. With a mix of structured training, personalised feedback, and exposure to special guests, these camps provide a comprehensive football development experience for athletes looking to elevate their game. Pro Athletic will advise on camp dates in advance, ensuring families can plan accordingly.

MOVEMENT AWARENESS PROGRAM [M.A.P]
The Pro Athletic Movement Awareness Program (M.A.P) is designed for schools to help students develop fundamental movement skills, coordination, and body awareness in a structured and engaging environment. This program focuses on building a strong foundation of athletic movement, ensuring students gain the skills needed for both general physical activity and sports participation. Sessions incorporate balance, agility, coordination, strength, and mobility exercises, with an emphasis on correct movement patterns, injury prevention, and overall physical literacy. The program is tailored to different age groups and abilities, making it suitable for primary and secondary school students. Through a combination of fun, interactive drills and expert coaching, students improve their movement efficiency, confidence, and physical capability. By focusing on long-term athletic development, the Movement Awareness Program equips participants with the tools to stay active, move well, and perform better in any sporting or recreational pursuit.
